چکیده

Abstract Study question Do the oocytes retrieved after luteal phase ovarian stimulation (OS) have same survival rate as those follicular (OS)? Summary answer Oocyte vitrification is similar in a OS compared to phase. What known already Oocytes recently captured scientific interest dual gaining popularity. obtained added shorten time pregnancy per intention treat poor responders. Embryos with these show ploidy rates, well clinical outcomes. design, size, duration We analyzed data from randomized, non-inferiority Duo Stim Preimplantation Genetic Testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) trial performed 2017 2021 women >38 years old. Only cycles at least one oocyte both and were included. rates (n = 154 oocytes) versus 201 within patient. Participants/materials, setting, methods A subtotal of 38 patients included who underwent 2, 3, or 4 accumulate subsequent ICSI PGT-A. After retrieval decumulation, was Kitazato protocol (Kitazato, Japan) Cryotop device, thawing. Main results role chance Mean age selected 39,7 years. In total, 195 cumulus-oocyte complexes vs 245 From this group oocytes, 145/195 mature (78.97%) 201/245 (82.04%), respectively. No statistically significant differences observed whether came 81.16 % (125/154) 87.06% (175/201) (p 0.3312). Our confirm that comparable conventional OS, validating accumulation strategy protocol. Limitations, reasons caution The limited sample size due nature controlled trial. need be replicated larger series validation. Wider implications findings Luteal showed thawing than cycles, opening new venue oncological responders accumulating oocytes. This approach might countries where ethical/legal limitations may limit embryo accumulation. Trial registration number not applicable

the impact of ovarian stimulation and luteal phase support on

background: the luteal phase defect is a common event following the ovarian stimulation. the aim of the present study was to evaluate the use of human chorionic gonadotropine (hcg) and progesterone hormones to improve the luteal phase defect. materials and methods: 60 mice were superovulated routinely with human menopausal gonadotropin (hmg) (7.5u) and hcg (10u). the mice were mated and divided...

Background: The fallopian tube serves as optimal environment for the transport of gamets, fertilization and early development of embryo. In this study, the morphological assessment of superovulated mice fallopian tube were investigated at window implantation period. Materials and Methods: Female mice were superovualated then were mated with vasectomized mice; the mice were divided in experiment...

P-211: Recurrence Rate of Ovarian Endometriomas after A Laparoscopic Excision

Background: Endometrioma is a common cause of gynecologic morbidity and the most common benign ovarian cysts are found at surgery. One of the most troubling aspects of treating endometrioma with laparoscopic excision is disease recurrence after surgery. Present study was conducted to evaluate risk factors for the recurrence of endometrioma after first laparoscopic excision. Materials and Method...

sucrose effect on follicular survival rate and apoptosis incidence in rat ovarian tissue after vitrification

objective: the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of sucrose on follicular survival rate and the incidence of apoptosis in rat ovarian tissue following vitrification. methods: ovaries of approximately 5-week-old female wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: control (non-vitrified), vi (ethylene glycol + dimethyl sulfoxide) and vii (eg + dmso + 0.25 mol/lit sucrose). vit...
